Longevity Kale Chips
I am in love with these. Once caution: Very easy to over salt these - don't go over 1/3 tsp.
Head of kale
Olive oil, 2 tbsp
Salt, 1/3 tsp
Nutritional yeast 2 Heaping Tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar 2 Tbsp
Optional:
Could add other stuff like mixture of: golden flax seeds, sunflower seeds, cashews, sesame seeds, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, sea salt, onion powder, dill weed, black pepper
Tear kale into chunks off the stalks and wash. Toss in olive oil, salt, nutritional yeast.
Bake in over at 250F for 45 min. Check at 30 min and turn.
Done when there's an audible crunch. If you end up over salting, use as croutons.
